Service Quality: Many users mentioned the staff were super friendly, polite, efficient, and helpful. For example, staff were described as exceptional, great, friendly people.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel was dirty, the bed smelled like old, sweaty feet. Carpet was worn, beds were like a rock. Rooms are only cleaned every other day ... thus no clean towels daily. Nasty, nasty, nasty. The only good thing about the hotel ... friendly staff. Even with them, I felt like I needed to be deloused once leaving. People with dogs and cats may appreciate their being able to stay ... but deep cleaning needs to be done.

Everything was decent about my stay except one glaring issue. Someone most certainly was smoking in the room. It had a heavy dusty smoking smell that was hard to avoid. I was so tired from my ride I didn’t ask for a change. The shower was also very weak and hard to get under the water enough to clean myself. Unfortunate as everything else was good including the amazing receptionist.
