HhierzeroThe hotel is very beautiful, well-designed and practical and comfortable, the service is very good, the room is separated from the public, quieter, the room is surrounded by tea fields, and the bedding is very comfortable. Milk tea and tea are good, there are discounts for accommodation meals, and there are many choices of dishes that taste good and the quantity is quite large. There are small tank cars and go-karts in the Shengshan Agricultural Paradise on the fifth day of the fifth day. The dirt road track is interesting. The uncle is enthusiastic. There is no limit on the number of circles to pay once. The tea show garden matcha pudding is also not bad. The tea garden around the hotel can be strolled, there is a small animal park, the scale is not large, maybe because the weather is cold, only sheep, turkey, peacocks, there are slides, the overall suitable for relaxation. There is also hot water in the bathroom in the public area, and the hot water pressure in the room is even better.

SSofia_PoeThe hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there.
Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

GGuest UserI came to Rizhao for a business trip today, and my colleague booked this hotel online.
This is a newly opened hotel. During the stay, the service in all aspects was still in place, and the waiters were also very warm and thoughtful. There are shopping malls around and dining is very convenient.
Room:
1. The space is large and spacious;
2. The sanitary condition is very good and clean;
3. Because it is a new hotel, the smell in the room is still quite strong, so you need to open the windows for ventilation!
4. The facilities and equipment are average and not intelligent. The socket panel on the wall is not strong. When the plug was pulled out, the panel almost fell off.
5. The water flow in the bathroom is very good and the water temperature is relatively stable.
6. The air conditioner is very quiet and not easy to feel, but it is indeed working normally.
breakfast:
1. The omelette is cold. This should be controlled according to the passenger flow, otherwise it will become cold quickly if you make too much.
2. Some dishes still need to be kept warm.
3. Hot and sour soup, wontons, and fried dough sticks are very good.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, in the city center. It is right in the Mixc, which is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Opposite is a park, where you can see pink cherry blossoms. They are blooming. It is as beautiful as a dream.
The decoration style is fashionable and high-end, and the lobby and corridors are very design-oriented. The room is more spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling bay window has a good view. The toiletries are all Kapok's own.
Kapok is about to join the Hyatt system, which is itself under China Resources, and its quality is endorsed. The service is online, and the front desk and duty manager are also very professional and enthusiastic.
🍽️ Breakfast has freshly squeezed 🥒 cucumber juice and Rizhao tofu.
I have stayed in Hyatt hotels in Qingdao, Linyi, and Jinan, Shandong. This is the best hotel in Rizhao, and it is also the most cost-effective and worthwhile Hyatt/Kapok hotel in Shandong.
Just relax and have a good night.

SSuraj1308The hotel is very well placed and some good eateries nearby. KFC is very close to the hotel along with a small restaurant that serves good western food along with some delicious pizzas(Would definitely recommend this restaurant) Just walk leftwards after walking out of the hotel gate and then again take left on the next available turn. Walk straight for about 10-12 mins and the restaurant is on the lefthand side. You will definitely say thanks to me after eating at that place.

Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel in Rizhao. Through the hotel garden is Wanpingkou Beach, not many tourists, sunny and windy, facing the sea, refreshing. Not far along the beach is the seaside cafe, very romantic. The hotel breakfast is good, the variety is rich, both Chinese and Western flavors are taken into account, there are also local characteristics, comfortable to eat. Will come back next time.

DDannyRThis hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28.
Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room.
Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank.
I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.
