There are no surprises in this newly opened hotel... It can also be said to be a bit disappointing... First of all, I want to praise: the room upgrade, breakfast, and late check-out redeemed by Ctrip were all honored... The newly opened hotel still has some smell; there is no service, maybe it is because there are not enough staff when it just opened! There was no greeter, just two security guards! The car won't let you drive to the lobby door! In terms of hygiene, there are a lot of signs that it has just been renovated...the decoration workmanship is just so-so! Not detailed enough. There is a big hole in the bathroom. There must be something that hasn't been installed yet! The air conditioner in the restaurant was probably broken during breakfast and it was very hot. There were staff working to fix it! Breakfast quality is average, no surprises…
