入住的性價比很高，客廳和卧室陽台可以看到大海，位置也很容易找，附近停車方便，樓下有超市，有飯店，進門房間明亮寬敞，一家人休息很舒適的感覺，沒想到裏面還有廚房，客廳和餐廳都很乾凈整潔，主卧床單很整潔，是換新的床單，總體體驗性價比很高，老闆服務態度很好，適合節假日小住。

兩個家庭出遊，三室兩廳的房子，無論是空間、設施和環境，都比預期要滿意，特別是和後一天訂的另一家兩室對比，更覺得難得。三個房間有兩個能看到海景，一個卧室帶陽台，床很大。廚房餐廳設施齊全，冰洗都有，能洗衣服，能冷藏水飲。毛巾浴巾數量充足，衞生間無異味。整體感受乾淨舒適，孩子們都喜歡，還能看到火車經過，相比一點點火車的聲音，我覺得更多的是驚喜。
一點建議，能提供一下少量的洗衣粉或洗衣液就好了。

房子特別乾淨，算有點潔癖的人，我都覺得很不錯，盲選的地方，帶娃覺得入住很友好，離海邊也很近，步行也不遠。如果有機會再來日照，還會訂這家。

房價692 一進房間 很潮 也許是在海邊的原因 床上被子上有臟的泥印子 一開始覺着沒事 也就別太挑剔了 我訂房間的時候升級的是2點之前退房 本來打算帶孩子玩一圈回來洗個澡就走 去別的地方玩 問商家是兩點退房嗎 給我解釋了一大堆 無非是耽誤他後來的客人入住了 讓我多理解 我怎麼理解 我理解別人誰理解我 我花錢了大哥 還在入住中 我是你客户 你不把我服務好就想着下一個客户了 你在是旺季淡季我也花錢了 你現在房費才四百多 我住的時候快七百了 旺季我也付出金錢了啊 越想這件事越不舒服 給我説一大堆有什麼用 當場退房就走了 你以為我願意多住你這倆小時 無非就是帶孩子出去玩一圈 回來洗個澡而已 讓我考慮後邊的住户 他們十點來難道你就讓我十點走嗎 換做你你自己舒服嗎 ？

首先這房間我們沒入住，退也不給退！房間住着其他人！第一次入住7月12號…他家，進房間2小時突然説房間有人訂了，讓我們立刻馬上退房！那個時候下午4點！説一大堆，沒有道歉一點態度，語言攻擊，直接就説錢退你們。你們快點走離開！第二次好巧不巧又是他家！下午6點定好房間溝通過原房間一室一廳升級2室的，晚上大概10點到！拿到鑰匙進去發現有人住，我們立馬聯繫房東，又讓我們出來，聊一會最後怪我們要升級房間，還恐嚇説你可以去報警啊…在門口一家還有小孩待了半小時左右，期間一直説我不知道誰住的，鑰匙在我們手上，人家怎麼進去的？都不知道誰？快11點我們去吃飯，這事還讓我們等。讓我們去吃飯，他在查，11點我們去哪裡定房間？同樣事情遇到2次，沒一點道歉態度，一直推卸責任！我們要求退單，也不同意，説房間客人是隔壁的，讓他們回自己房間了…請問，其它房間都能進自己身份訊息入住的房間，11點説讓他們回房間讓我們再去！衞生嗎？後期溝通一直在説與事情無關的字…就是讓我們換其他房間！不同意取消訂單！大家會怎麼做？
