I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.

Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.
