Stayed for 5 days, no one cleaned the room. The UBER I called at the hotel had very inaccurate positioning, and there were no taxis nearby. When I checked in, they said they couldn't find my reservation information, so I waited for half a day. One of the courier I sent to the hotel in advance was rejected several times and returned, resulting in a fee of more than 5,000 yuan. The other one that arrived later had to be picked up by myself at the courier station. No one answered the phone or couldn't communicate in English. Someone read the email I sent, but no one replied.

The hotel building itself is not large, but the rooms inside are quite spacious.
It was especially nice to have a lot of kitchen utensils, and it was nice to have a cafe on the first floor.

Emplyees at the hotel are very kind and like family, They are willing to help the way to go and take taxi like Uber web installation and guide.
When I ask anything they are fully supporting and assiting and I like them.
And the location is very good for me to go to different places in Riyadh and near from Riyadh airport.
It is excellet hotel with good price, service and nice facilities.
