The room we were given on the first night had no window. We asked them to change it and immediately adjusted it to a better room. There was no pushback and the attitude was very warm and friendly. Environment: The hotel is located in a small park of a local company in Soho. This park is quite beautiful. The hotel faces the street and is a bit noisy. It is very close to the King's Center. It should be said that it is in the city center area. It is convenient to go everywhere.
