Positive feedback:
-Clean
-fashion
- quiet
-simple
-everything around the hotel
Negative feedback:
- The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist
- The hotel valet closed at 12 AM
- when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery
- The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room
- I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 )

Great stay as always - Fathy again a great help and a welcomed presence through the lobby. Room always cleaned and serviced well and all of the staff in general are great. Looking forward to coming here again and hopefully Fathy is still here to look after us!

Very friendly and responsive staff from the desk manager to the kitchen staff at breakfast all are great especially Mr. Fathi. Breakfast is nice, the rooftop restautant is also nice and offers great food and friendly service. Meeting rooms are well equipped.

Beautiful hotel,good place, location as well and I had good room and all the staff is very hospitality................... Especial mention to Marlyn in the restaurant she's very kind and welcoming the guest with smile ☺️....................... I was everyday for breakfast almost 1 week the food is so delicious......... I recommend this hotel...........

I had an amazing experience at Radisson blu friendly and warm staff , super clean hotel .. I want to thank the reception staff for being helpful.. also the bill boy Fathi super helpful, always ready to offer assistance with a smile .. I’ll always come back

Naif & Hassan from maintenance a good job since my washroom sink was blocked, they were prompt in their arrival & fixed the issue without disturbing me or my room. They were very curtious in their behavior & manners i hope they chi continue their we open in similar manner
