Very cosy hotel, we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms as well, and it’s very comfortable when you travel with kids). There is a small kitchen with everything you might need.
We stayed only 1 night on our way from Dammam to Jeddah, so the location just on the way was pretty nice.
The staff is very helpful, English speaking👌
I didn’t like breakfast: variety of food is very simple but you definitely can find what to eat, the problem for me was in the quality of vegetables and fruits, seemed that they stayed in that place for the whole night and were not fresh. But overall there is coffee and some cakes for kids:)
But what was the real problem- the shower had no pressure of water at all in both bathrooms so it was almost impossible to take a shower:( but I suppose what this problem can be fixed

A nice and clean hotel to the east of Riyadh. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and close to King Fahad stadium, so if anyone is attending any events there, it's recommended to stay in this neighbourhood to avoid traffic jams. The property has a decent lobby and a breakfast lounge at the ground floor. The suite is spacious and fits a couple or three persons. There's a kitchenette with basic utensils, small fridge and a small electric stove. I forgot to mention the microwave. The WiFi speed is fair enough. I honestly didn't like the lighting level in the corridors, it's a little dark. The staff (reception-housekeeping) were courteous and helpful. There some groceries and shops nearby and two hyper supermarkets are 5 minutes away if driving.
