The hotel is excellent and still cares about cleanliness. I did not use the hotel facilities because I am always busy outside the hotel. I thank the management, especially the receptionist Ahmed Al-Othaim, who is very cooperative and kind in dealing.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I arrived at 3:00AM, but they wouldn't let me check in, even though I had paid for the room. They wanted me to pay for an extra night, which was 400 SAR. I ended up paying for that because I needed to rest. A night I ended up not enjoying it because I left the hotel on the 18th.
I didn't understand why they couldn't just let me into the room I paid for. Eventually, they put me in a suite as compensation me after I had paid the extra 400SAR , but I was still unhappy with their service.
The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel's facilities were also misleading - they advertised a swimming pool, spa, and massage room, which made me book for my stay at the hotel, but none of these were available. When I complained, they said these facilities were only available at their other branch. Why didn't they lodge me there knowing that I probably must have paid because of the facilities.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is beautiful, but the service is poor. I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

Because I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.
There are a lot of houses under construction around, so it's quite noisy.

It’s a good hotel but are two remarks:
The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust.
There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.

Great location
Amazing front desk staff very accommodating. Around 10 min walk from the metro quite straight forward no need for a taxi. Room clean and big rooms in the junior suite. Quiet hotel. Perfectly located for Boulevard World or the financial district.
