Riviera-Pays-d＇Enhaut District Hotels with Pools

I stayed in 10 hotels during my trip to Switzerland, but this was the only one I had a bad experience with. The main problem was the front desk service. We booked a triple room, but we were given a double bed room. We negotiated with the front desk three times. The first time, they said they would handle it and asked me to wait. After waiting for a long time, no one handled it. The second time, they said they would separate the beds, but it was still not handled. The third time, they said they had a sofa bed (actually they didn't), and asked when it would be handled. The front desk said they didn't know 🤷. Later, the room attendant finally came to separate the beds and helped us add a folding bed. The front desk service is not worthy of a five-star hotel. Other restaurants and environments are good.

The transportation is very convenient. You can take the bus from the train station to the hotel in one stop. Thank you very much for upgrading us to the five-star hotel where we checked in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright. Except for the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste, there were slippers and other toiletries, and the toiletries were high-end.
