Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa

The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

Taj front desk supervisor was amazing. We were upgraded based on my status and the room was excellent. Raj who set up our welcome info was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great experience…

The Marriott Palm Beach Singer Island hospitality was wonderful. Raj at check in was extremely welcoming and acknowledged that we are members of the Bonvoy club and did his best to get us the best room available and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated it so that we could get straight to the beach and pool. We also had the pleasure of meeting James and Michelle at the Tiki bar and Gigi and Anthony at the Lagoon pool. All provided AMAZING service and were very hospitable. Really enjoyed the stay.

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon! Raj and Jan and Indiana were so helpful! Had a great time and we can’t wait to come back in the future. It was super clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! It exceeded our expectations and we are sad to leave!

Beautiful resort! Came down as a travel agent to experience the hotel first hand to in order to better book for cleints. Relaxing and restful experience. Jan down by the beach in the Towel/etc hut was very friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful and kind!

We had a great stay here. The hotel’s location can’t be beat, with a truly gorgeous private beach. Raj at the front desk was amazing. After checking us in, he checked in on us to ensure everything was perfect. He remembered our names and room number each time he saw us during our stay and was incredibly helpful and professional. Here’s a quick summary: Pros: beautiful beach, great pools, good food at restaurants onsite, service everywhere, spa (massages and pedicure on a rainy day were great!), our room was exactly as pictured Cons: $40 per day parking fee, price of food and drinks, particularly on the beach ($50 for 2 mixed drinks!)
