Choix de cet hotel exclusivement car il proposait un hammam et jacuzzi.
Arrivée sur place, rien de tout cela est disponible. La cause : restrictions sur l'eau. Je l'entends, il faut préserver la ressource donc c'est tout a leur honneur de se conformer a la reglementation locale. En revanche, on supprime cette proposition des equipements de l'hotel pour ne pas tromper le client qui paie un supplément par rapport a un chambre standard pour rien.
Je passe rapidement sur l'humidité a cause d'une vmc non fonctionnelle et le chauffage qui fonctionne mal.
Personnel accueillant et souriant bien que nous proposer la piscine pour compenser l'absence des équipements cités plus haut un 20 décembre ca n'est pas nécessaire.
Je ne mets pas d'avis habituellement mais la lecture de celui-ci m'aurait orienté ailleurs.

L’hôtel en lui même est top, mais la literie n’est pas confortable, de plus des cousins sans taie et une couverture sans housse ce n’est pas hygiénique du tout

un hotel muy justito para ser un 3 estrellas.
el desayuno muy limitado para el precio de 12 euros por persona, sin nada caliente, poco de todo. muy bajo.
nos obligaron a firmar un papel de responsabilidad por haber traido una pizza para cenar, consumiendo las bebidas en su bar y teniendo que cenar en mesas en el jardin a la interperie.

Très bon hôtel qui porte bien son nom Des l'entrée on a un petit air des Antilles Personnel très sympathique Très propre avec une bonne restauration C'est avec grand plaisir que j'y retournerai Merci encore à la direction pour la bonne prise en charge de notre groupe

Nous étions conscient de la basse saison et du travail qu'un tel établissement occasionne justement à cette période.. nous avions une recommandation d'un perpignanais SANS REGRET nous avons été chouchoutés grand Merci aux personnes qui se sont mis à nos petits soins lors de l'accueil et au petit déjeuner ce dernier particulièrement copieux et d'une grande variété 😋

Un hôtel magique une belle déco et un accueil chaleureux . La chambre très propre et un parking sécurisé et fermé la nuit avec un veilleur. Le jardin tropical très agréable et bien entretenu très bien situé et au calme. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et équilibré même le café un délice

L’hôtel était super, c’était juste dommage qu’au moment où nous s’y étions le Hammam eh le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas mais ça arrivé c’est pas grave.

Das Hotel selbst kann ich nicht bewerten. Ich möchte nur meinen Unmut über die Verhaltensweise des Managements ausdrücken, wenn man ein gebuchtes Zimmer innerhalb der Stornierungsfrist storniert und die schon angezahlte Summe zurückerhalten möchte. Um es kurz zu machen: die Rückzahlung wird seit ca 6 Wochen verweigert. Auf dementsprechende Anfragen per Mail wird nicht geantwortet. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich nur eindringlich vor einer Buchung dieses Hotels warnen!!!
