My husband and I have stayed at this hotel about five different times. The rooms are large, we had a one bedroom suite. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, but all in all decent. There is a great walking path just next-door at the Discovery Card, corporate headquarters. It’s one of the main reasons we like staying here because we can get a safe walk accomplished without having to drive anywhere. It’s quite lovely. This stay, had one negative component. The room we stayed in although it was designated non-smoking smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was room 242. We made a complaint to the management about the odor, but they were completely booked, so there was no opportunity for us to find a different room. It was quite noticeable each time we came into the room. There is a good breakfast served each day from 6 until 9 AM, 10 AM on Sunday. The staff was very pleasant and a hard-working kitchen crew. We will stay here again, but I will ask to be able to view the room before we check in to make sure we get one that doesn’t smell.
