It is a pity that this hotel has a double charge problem. If you don't check your credit card, you will most likely be charged twice for the room. In my case, I was overcharged by 2,500 RMB. The processing speed is also very slow. As a regular Park Hyatt customer, I am very disappointed.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful lobby. Decent size room. Everything is clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is not heated and the indoor one is. Overall very comfortable stay. They offer free parking pass for the nearby beaches but if you want to go to the further sandy ones you need to pay. Overall very happy with the stay and will def go back

The staff were super friendly, especially the main receptionist---very welcoming, attentive and informative. Many restaurants to choose from. The location is very convenient to explore the local wineries (north of the fork) and the Hamptons (south of the fork or south shore). Overall, we had a great weekend experience and would definitey recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms and facilities are in excellent condition. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting the shopping malls in Riverhead or the beaches to the east. Large clean rooms. Ample space. Easy free parking on property or in the large lot across the street. Plenty of restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance. Top notch professional, efficient, and friendly front desk manager and assistants. Lovely indoor pool and attractive gym. Plenty of fresh and cooked food choices at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable seating. Nice place to stay for one night or longer.

Very satisfied with this property. Very friendly front desk. Easy check/in check/out. Everyone was helpful and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked well. Comfortable beds. Would have appreciated late checkout and automatic housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Sehr gutes Hotel für unsere Bedürfnisse: Whale watching Montauk, Besuch Shelter Island, Shopping Outlet. Daher sehr gut gelegen. Grosszügige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und sauber. Nette Bar. Pool praktisch.
