It is a pity that this hotel has a double charge problem. If you don't check your credit card, you will most likely be charged twice for the room. In my case, I was overcharged by 2,500 RMB. The processing speed is also very slow. As a regular Park Hyatt customer, I am very disappointed.

I was at an event at the Long Island Aquarium and decided to stay at this hotel due to the location. The hotel looks brand new and the rooms are large and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The only complaint I had was the quality of the free breakfast. The hot food was cold and not particularly tasty. The variety however was definitely adequate. My issue with the breakfast is not enough to deter me from coming back to the Hyatt Place.

Rooms were very large and spacious. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Sea Side Grill had great food, entertainment, and drinks!

The rooms are wonderful and the water view is out of this world! It’s my favorite mini vaca and home away from home. Endless fun activities in walking distance…park your car and relax for days!

I stayed here for 2 nights since I had a friends wedding at Giorgio's Baiting Hollow. The overall stay at the hotel was lovely. Unfortunately due to timing I wasn't able to use many of the amenities but the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean and very spacious! I was able to connect my phone to the TV to watch netflix but after awhile the signal was bad and disconnected. My boyfriend was working from home and his wifi signal remained strong, might have just been a TV error. Breakfast was not included but available for $11 pp which isn't that bad but we opted to go to a neighborhood coffeeshop for breakfast and the Mexican Deli nearby for lunch! Both were pretty solid! I always love staying at the Hyatt and would definitely recommend staying at this one.

There was a big bug in my room and a hair on the pillow. Room wasn’t very clean in general. And they do not clean your room daily instead they only clean at end of stay.
