Ho prenotato un soggiorno per una notte specificando di aver bisogno di una camera con culla perché ho due bimbi piccoli di 3 e 1 anno (ovviamente ho anche scritto l’età dei bambini nella prenotazione). Arrivati in hotel, scopriamo che la camera è una matrimoniale con un letto a castello, assolutamente inutilizzabile per bambini così piccoli. Chiamo in reception, dicono che mi faranno sapere ma nessuno mi chiama. Quando scendo dopo 2 ore per chiedere informazioni, mi viene detto che la culla non ce l’hanno e giustificano chi mi ha confermato la prenotazione dicendo “eh,nella conferma non abbiamo specificato “culla” ma solo “camera quadrupla, bambini di 3 e 1 anno”. Inoltre al mattino, al momento della colazione, mi è stato detto che non hanno neanche un seggiolone, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare colazione tenendo i bambini in braccio.

ho scelto questo albergo per la sua posizione giacche il luogo di lavoro si trovava poco vicino. Il prezzo per un 4 stelle non era molto alto anche se c'è n'è sono altri di più convenienti ma per come dice il sito hotel sul mare era economico rispetto ad altri e poi si è scoperto perché. Di mare nemmeno l'ombra ma dal balcone solo palazzi. Parcheggio in struttura a un costo di 15€ ma il parcheggio era in una seconda struttura quindi ho provveduto a parcheggiare nella piazzetta difronte. Insomma non credete a tutto ciò che scrivono . Un punto a favore per la camera pulita e molto grande

This is remodelled and lobby looks good but rooms are very small and basic with uncomfortable beds. Bare bones at best. Extra for beach and everything. Modest breakfast.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio. La struttura è molto bella, moderna, ho apprezzato molto la camera, la pulizia e la disponibilità del personale, per non parlare della posizione fronte mare. Sul sito però viene dichiarato che hanno questa Terrazza Panoramica fronte Mare dove in estate fanno servizio di degustazioni tipiche e aperitivi.. mi sarebbe piaciuto molto usufruire di questo servizio, per iniziare bene i festeggiamenti, ma alla nostra richiesta ci hanno detto che non era possibile, senza darne motivazione. Considerando che era il 13 luglio, quindi piena stagione estiva, non capisco il perché. Un'altra delusione è stata la colazione: da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più, c'era poca scelta, qualità del cibo cosi cosi, a mio parere una colazione da hotel 2 stelle. Nel complesso bene, ma ci sono alcune cose da migliorare..
