Hotels near Oradini Sport Sas, Riva del Garda

We spent four nights at Hotel de la Garda in Torbole. Every time we entered our room the view took our breath away. Dinner was delicious and daily breakfast was full of choices including fruits, breads, baked goods and proteins. The staff in the restaurant and front desk were super friendly and helpful. We could not have enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Torbole more. Lake Garda is breathtaking and this was the perfect place too stay!

On arrival we were allocated our room and we asked about where we could go for lunch, we were told that everything in the area was shut and the only option was the pool bar, this was actually not true. We then went to our room we were really disappointed, the room was very dated and we had a view of scaffolding outside, our balcony was also over looked by at least 6 others. I had asked for a view of the lake but when we got to the hotel we quickly realised that there isn't a view of the lake. We asked to change rooms and to be fair we were offered another room to look at. This room was marginally better so we took it. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful but most were not very helpful at all and most of the time there was no one sat on reception because they were outside having a cigarette. It didn't help that there wasn't a TUI rep at out hotel (not the hotels fault I know). We had to find everything out about the area ourselves, there is nothing in your room giving you any information about the hotel or the area. There is a shuttle bus that takes you down to the main village of Torbole at 9am and 10am and picks you up again at 4pm (we only found this out when we asked). You can walk but its is incredibly steep and feels like more than 2km. Again I had to ask about this, but reception can give you a bus pass which means you can travel free on the bus in the local area, the buses run much more frequently, reception have a copy of the timetable and on request also let us have a copy of the ferry timetable. We wanted to hire a car but that was near on impossible and as for taxis, they are very few and far between. This hotel is very remote and due to the transport issues/buses only run until a certain time, you couldn't go out at night which was really disappointing. Drinks were very reasonably priced and the main bar man was very happy and friendly. We actually didn't rate the food very much. Breakfast is probably one of the worst we have ever had, felt very much aimed at the German guests. There was never any scrambled or fried eggs ready when we went up and I could never find the lady who was cooking them. Most of the breakfast didn't get replenished when it ran out. Dinner is chosen at breakfast time from a menu offering 4 different options, some of the food was good, some of it was rubbish and not really what i would expect from Italy, most of the time we would eat out at lunch time and just have the buffet salad for dinner. The hotel shut off the aircon halfway through are stay it was still quite warm at night and the rooms are quite stuffy, we asked if they had any fans and were told no, we slept with the patio door open but there was noise from the road. This is a moan about TUI now, if you do go to this hotel book with Jet2 and not TUI, Jet2 were at the hotel 3 times a week and did a welcome meeting for their guests. Hotel is lovely and all good quality. . Our room was an executive liberty and was large with everything you need. Location was perfect for the centre of Riva. Breakfasts were good although rather busy at the chef station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean but just not enough sun beds for the amount of guests. Spa was great which we used when we were unable to go round the pool. Towels and robes available. I would recommend this hotel and would return if I ever return to Riva.

We were in this hotel in August 2022 for 6 nights. Sorry, but never again!!! Why should I pay extra for a further bread at breakfast at an average price of about 150€ per night? Breakfast ”a la carte” is no longer contemporary today. We had a ”room of wine mountains”. Very old, used and we felt returned to the 1960s. The price for such a room is completely overpriced. Emergency renovation needed!!! The photos on the internet (of the ”rooms of the vines”) of the provider NOT correspond to reality as the rooms look in reality. Yes, mostly not, but here especially not. We feel misled.

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.

Had the best few days here, cannot recommend Hotel Atilius highly enough.. The staff were absolutely fantastic , they are all so friendly and accommodating, particularly Roberta and Giovanni . The rooms were lovely,very modern and absolutely spotless. The view was breathtaking, overlooking lake Garda .The outside hot tub was an added bonus but the overall outstanding best for us was the food..Compliments to the chefs ..Food was so good we ate there both nights . Breakfast also amazing..Hated leaving here! Definitely want to come back.! Only tiny negative was it is not walkable the whole way into Limone as the footpath ends at the campsite, i think might be maybe 500 metres from hotel approximately however the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Limone .

It was close to Mori station and the mountain view was so wonderful. But the road is not comfortable to walk without a car. Everything was nice and clean except for the fact that the phone charging port was too far away so I couldn't use my phone while lying down☺️
