Great location. Walking distance to downtown Riva de Garda. Great customer service. My wife got a deep tissue massage, and she loved it (my wife is also a massage therapist). The indoor pool was fantastic. Covered parking and good breakfast each day. You order your eggs and coffee from the waiter, and the rest is Buffet style.

From the moment we arrived, the charm of Villa Nicolli was evident. While our first room didn’t quite meet expectations, Fabiana and Sylvia at reception were absolutely wonderful and quick to resolve the issue. They offered us a new room that was simply perfect, and from that point on, our stay was nothing short of delightful. The hotel itself is compact, which adds to its intimate and relaxed atmosphere. No loud music, guests who just want to relax in a peaceful environment that was easy to unwind in. Every member of staff we encountered was engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. A special mention must go to the maître d’ in the hotel restaurant, who ran the dining and breakfast service with impressive precision and grace. The waitstaff—Christian, Suarez, and the incredibly knowledgeable barman who led the wine tasting (I can’t believe I’ve forgotten his name!)—were all exceptional. Their service, warmth, and expertise made every meal special. Thank you to everyone at Villa Nicolli for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed at Villa Nicolli during the last week of June and were not disappointed. We normally go for all inclusive hotels, but on this occasion thought we would opt for something that gave us a little bit of freedom and it was definitely the right choice. The hotel is in a great spot and only a short walk to both the new and old town as well as the parks/grassed areas that lay right next to Lake Garda. Lots of options for lunches and picnics and we did both, it was so good! The hotel is very welcoming and friendly has a great pool and garden for soaking up the sunshine and cooling off. A great selection of so many foods at breakfast and a different menu every evening offering top class dining, couldn't fault it. The room was larger than your average with great facilities and cleaned daily. A classic Italian hotel with a modern touch to the new restaurant/spa area. If you are planning to stay in Riva del Garda, then you would be hard pressed to find a better adult only hotel than this one.

Our experience was very good from arrival staff offered to take our cases to the room. We also asked if we could switch rooms as the room we were allocated was a double and we preferred two beds, we were shown 2 beautiful clean rooms almost immediately and chose 306 which had a lovely view over the vineyards and mountains. The hotel has a real family run feel, it is so nice to see the staff happy in the jobs and laughing and joking. The food is amazing 4 courses for dinner every evening and plenty of choice. Wine and drinks in general seemed quite pricey so be careful as the room tab can run away, we were a little shocked when we checked out at the end of our stay. The cheeseboard seemed a little short of cheese but to be fair I’d had plenty at that point. Breakfast was also lovely, plenty of choice, we had bacon and eggs most mornings, I don’t normally like the bacon abroad but it tasted really nice and liked the crispiness. We went out every day so didn’t sun bathe around the pool however we did return in time for happy hour and sat at the table and chairs at the pool which was very peaceful and relaxing. We used the spa and it was super clean with lots of options. We would definitely return, this hotel is lovely and clean and had a super location to enable you to explore lake Garda and return to relax on an evening.

A fantastic trip! Hotel rooms were clean and well looked after. The food was fantastic quality. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Hotel easily accessible into the centre of Riva. Would happily return to this hotel, if ever visiting Riva again!

Wonderful hotel - exceptionally clean, great rooms, Wonderful food, great staff - very quiet with a fab pool and a very well stocked bar! Breakfast is buffet style with everything you would need but you have to order eggs (scrambled, fried, with bacon etc). Our room was 115 - at the front over reception - very roomy with plenty of storage. Shower is very good! We had little courtyard with a table and 2 chairs plus 2 little loungers. Dinner was fantastic - a four course affair - if you get to have the lemon and shrimp pasta you're in for a treat! All waiter service but you don't wait long for the food. All the waiters and Ignatio, the Maitre D are great - always stop for a chat. There is a 10/15 minute walk into Riva but it's lovely strolling in the warm weather so no problem at all for us. We only had a week here but we will definitely return - Riva is a great town, great squares with many watering holes and restaurants everywhere. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing week - you won't be disappointed.

We recently spent a magical holiday in what we feel is a paradise named Villa Nicolli, Riva del Garda. A family run, luxurious, romantic villa where the ambience is alwaus inviting and comfortable. Set by the owners and delivered by highly skilled staff, the product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations. Everyone is so friendly and their professionalism and customer service is second to none. My husband needed hospital care, and the owner and staff ensured we felt safe and supported. We were deeply grateful for this. Whether you spend your holiday relaxing at the Villa or explore the local scenery, culture, history and activities like water sports or the Dolomites, you'll find it impressive. We would love to go back again very soon!

Wonderful cosy hotel with great views, service and food. The pool area is great and there is a garden with lovely shady trees. Extremely clean. We had breakfast which was all organic produce and the service was exemplary. Evening meal was also very really high quality. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk to town. The lake walks are lovely. We walked to Torbole which was a pleasant 45 minute stroll and took a bus to various nearby places. The local public transport is brilliant. We had a double room with an incredible view across vineyards and hills and had some storms that were great to watch from the balcony There is loads to do on the lake and nearby towns although we mainly chilled and walked locally. Ferry's run frequently to lots of very nice places. Really can't recommend the hotel or Riva and Garda enough. As others have commented the wine is pricey.
