Stayed here for 5 nights as part of the 14 night Leger Picturebook Italy Tour. The staff our lovely...friendly and very professional and helpful. The rooms are adequate..some are much better than others..beds are made every day and cleaned..fresh towels and toiletries. If you can get a balcony that is a good plus. The pool area is good and clean. Excellent choice for breakfast. The only thing that lets it down is the evening meals. Meals are child size and bland and quite unusual....mothing like what you get served in Italian restaurants. I imagine it is what working class people on a budget have for their dinner. All in all it was not a bad stay...town centre is a nice twenty minute stroll away and there are three good shops (Lidl,Co-Op and MD) walking distance away to get your beer,wine and snacks from for your room. There are no tea making facilities in the bedroom , so take your own kettle,tea bags and cups.

Das Hotel Bristol liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, was wir als besonders angenehm empfunden haben. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet – es gibt zwar kleine Verbesserungspotenziale, aber für den Preis war es wirklich super. Das Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gefallen – sauber und schön gestaltet. Die Liegewiese könnte vielleicht noch etwas gepflegter sein, aber insgesamt war der Bereich sehr angenehm. Auch das Frühstück war gut, mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals – alle waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Il personale gentile e cordiale non è stato chiaro al momento del pagamento facendoci pagare per l'addizione di una notte un prezzo diverso da quello preannunciato. La stanza matrimoniale era costituita da due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati e dotati di ruote, un po' scomodi. Pur sorvolando questo aspetto erano molto sporchi e sotto a questi erano presenti tappi e cibo consumato dagli ospiti precedenti; anche il resto della stanza mancava di pulizia che riterrei fondamentale soprattutto in un bagno. Tra una notte e l'altra è stato semplicemente rifatto il letto. Ad aggiungersi il parcheggio scoperto dal costo di 5€ a giornata in alternativa al consiglio di parcheggio nel supermercato vicino. Colazione comunque buona nonostante il caffè della macchinetta.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of picture book Italy tour with Leger. Single room I was given was tiny with 1 small window looking out over some waste land. Basically really depressing. It was clean but in need of decorating and the furniture needs replacing. One wall was covered in scuff marks but I soon discovered it was from suitcases as there was literally no where to put it. Now on this holiday I paid over £300 plus as a single room supplement but was given in this case the worst r but is so lovely compared to the area arooom in the building. Breakfast was okay each. Evening meal was awful, one day we had a deep fried cheese toastie with a hidden ANCHOVY in the middle. Another day was a veal escalope with a tuna sauce. It was inedible. The first night was shin of pork with a huge piece of shin bone still attached. Awful. The old town of Riva was a good 20 min walk away but was so worth it. The area around the hotel is not great a few shops but nothing for tourists. Hotel does have a lovely swimming pool.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in camera tripla, la camera carina e semplice. Molto pulita. Piscina davvero bella, moderna (si vede che è nuova) e con molti lettini a disposizione. Colazione nella norma, sia dolce che salata. Personale gentile. Unica piccola pecca non c’è la possibilità di pranzare in hotel.

Really disappointing food and the room was appalling. Who has electrical cables showing in the bathroom? The window sill was coming away from the wall. It’s certainly not a 3 star hot and the owner was quite rude. The breakfast was more than adequate so let’s be honest here but the evening meals were not up to scratch. We went elsewhere to eat in the end.

Stayed in this hotel on a coach trip with Leger Holidays.. The food was very good, a choice of meals for starters and mains. Lovely salad bar every night for evening meals, breakfast was also very good with good selection of food available. Staff were really friendly and the owner Fabio was a true gent. The pool was also great. The rooms were average but overall it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and we would definitely go back again, really enjoyed our stay there.

Siamo stati ospiti per tre giorni, buon hotel, pulito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina così così (meglio la colazione della cena), ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente soddisfacente. Camera grande, composta da 2 stanze separate, molto pulita

Struttura comoda ed accogliente, molto carina ed inserita bene nel contesto. Colazione davvero ricca e valida. Unico appunto: arredamento delle camere un po' vintage ma tutto pulito es ordinato quindi nel complesso soddisfacente! La vicinanza alla strada disturba un po' in caso di finestre aperte ma ovviamente su questo ci si può fare poco
