Lovely stay right in the centre. Went with TUI, has room at back which had mini fridge, no kettle. Bed comfortable if a little small for a couple but sufficient for us and we took our own kettle. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices with half board TUI guests were allowed 31 euros for there evening meal from anything on the menu and if it goes over you pay difference, desert is free and not part of 31 euros, drinks extra. Staff ensure you have everything you need. Rooms cleaned and tied daily. Fantastic stay would definitely recommend. TUI guests sit in inner area for dinner which was nice as outside people could smoke.

Ok hotel
The hotel is good. No more, maybe less.
Very outdated, the mattress is horrible. But it's, as its name, at the very center and that's why you pay so much for so little.

Hotel ottimo.brave ragazze alla reception.buon ristorante abbinato all' hotel . Posizione perfetta. Bagno super pulito,stanze molto pulite e ordinate. Hotel posizionato in Ztl quindi un po' scomodo per entrare in macchina. Grazie mille

Loved this hotel absolutely perfect location and a lake view is a must. Breakfast buffet style which was lovely and evening meals were fabulous. Loads to choose from the restaurant menu. Lovely staff very helpful. Very clean rooms staff all work very hard and are a credit to the hotel. Will be back.

Cena favolosa, costata provenienza Danimarca, cucinata magistralmente, una prelibatezza gustata nella splendida piazzetta di riva del Garda. Servizio accurato, accolto con simpatia. Sicuramente tornerò!! Ve lo consiglio!.......

5th time in this Hotel, great value via TUI, clean tidy room with aircon and lake view. Choose to pay supplement from half-board to eat outside with full menu. Wine by the litre for €10 was great and fillet steak for €20 super value. Nice friendly staff whi coped well with my English attempts at Italian....

Nie mehr Hotel Central in Riva del Garda. Die Zimmer waren alt und abgwohnt. Stockflecken an der Decke,unansehnlich Waschbecken,kaputte Utensilien wie Fön etc. Sehr Schlechtes Beschwerdemanagemt. Hatten die kaputte Klimaanlage reklamiert. Keinerlei Reaktion von der ignorant Geschäftsführung.
