Abbiamo apprezzato tutto del nostro soggiorno: l'arredamento e la pulizia della camera, il centro benessere, la piscina con una vista spettacolare, la colazione. Inoltre il personale è molto cordiale e professionale.

Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht willkommen. Einfach sehr unfreundlich, schlechte Qualität, unangemessene Preise. Lustlos. Nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt definitiv Besseres. Von der Gastfreundschaft eines „Grand Hotels“ sehr weit entfernt.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great view. Clean and it was kept clean each day with fresh towels. Air con not very poweful, fridge didnt chill properly. Breakfast average. Pool area very small and disappointing. Views from the roof though and restaurant were fabulous. Classed as a 4 star but in reality it’s more a 3. Great location and easily accessible to the lake.

Should be Hotel Riva because there was nothing Grand about it, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Paid for lake view room which was basic . On arrival the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, told reception and it was refreshed with air spray. There was no covered wardrobe or any drawers just a wall of shelving and a small rail to hang clothing. No toiletries in bathroom. Wallpaper torn in bedroom. Breakfast food area was so small, the average kitchen is bigger, several times the breakfast table was not set, we had to get our own cutlery. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was amazing and staff really helpful. Hotel clean and very comfy beds. Breakfast really good and can take pastries and coffee to go. Great location for sight seeing. Close to old town for restaurants. Used bolt throughout holiday. Sandwich shop behind hotel very good, also mini market

No criticism of this hotel, spotless rooms lovely bedding great bathroom, all you need in a great location. Good breakfast nice staff. Rooftop pool area is small and has no shade, but has great views as does the breakfast restaurant. No bar by the pool.

Not a grand hotel at all Positives - Excellent location - Pleasant staff at reception. - Nice decor - Clean rooms with exception of the windows. - Wellness area is great although it could be improved by providing toiletries to wash with and a selection of different herbal teas. Also bath robes should be available to rent. Negatives - Food is not good, in fact I’d say it’s the worst food I’ve ever eaten in Italy. - Service in restaurant was bad bordering on rude. Nothing explained and no welcome, we had to ask other guests how it worked. - Limited drinks in restaurant with no digestives after dinner. - Only 90 minute window to eat dinner. - Grubby feeling, dirty windows throughout hotel and dirty cigarette stained sun beds. Dirty tablecloths in restaurant, food crumbs from night before on them at breakfast. - Parking is too far away and we had no information about this before booking. (Despite asking at time of booking) We were unaware of charges, this should be advertised prior to booking. I would have preferred to know what to expect. - Air conditioning in room very loud unless on minimum setting. It makes a terrible clicking sound. Needs upgrading or repairing. - Pool not open till 11am, why? We often like to start our mornings early and by the pool but this wasn’t an option.

Hotel nao oferece o que propaga! Ar condicionado nao funcionava! Internet muito ruim! Estacionamento longe do hotel! Hotel muito ultrapassado! Pelo valor pago não valeu a pena! Precisa de atualização urgente! Nos decepcionou! Principalmente com relação ao estacionamento!
