We have just enjoyed a one week holiday in Riva at this excellent hotel. Riva itself is a stunning resort and the hotel was situated about 15 minutes walk from the main centre. Our standard room for 3 people was functional, with excellent beds, a small balcony and a good size bathroom. Daily cleaning was to a high standard. We were half board - breakfast was aplenty with hot and cold choices and evening meal a real highlight in the large attractive dining room. This was a 4 course affair, table waiting was very efficient and Habibi looked after us superbly, marshalling the tables and staff in our vicinity. The general grounds of this hotel are awash with an array of beautiful bedding plants - extremely colourful and a lovely backdrop to outdoor tables utilised each evening to cater for live musical entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and a pleasant temperature, and never overly noisy or chaotic. There were always poolside beds available too. Inside the hotel there was a games section and also a super spa, including sauna, steam and a very warm pool…heaven! At the reception the staff were always very helpful, cheerful and informative - a special mention to Maria and Giuliana who guided us on a number of occasions. This hotel is overseen by a hardworking and friendly Manager, who walked the daily in all areas of the hotel, often seeking customer feedback. Overall a superb experience at this hotel!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Food was almost fine dinning and staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner MrTonelli spends his time overseeing all that need to ensure they keep the well earned 4* status. Location at first was out of Riva but soon discovered brilliant walkways down to the beach with small bars to help the level walk to the old town. To see other places the hotel arranged free local bus pass and the lake ferry was not that expensive to visit other places. The hotel reception arrange for us a trip to Verona opera that for us was a high point . In all a faultless stay.
