The food was disappointing and too noisy at night. There was a limited selection of Italian beers. The rooms had limited furniture, mostly broken and outdated, and also lacked a seating area within the room, hence no chair. There was also a noisy fridge that restarted at night.

Nice hotel, family owned and run, they genuinely care with owner doing the rounds at meal times. Great food and service, friendly and professional staff. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about getting around. Only negatives, I’d prefer to pay cash for my drinks and extras rather than it all going on my room card. We saw the backing track organ singalong guy almost every evening as the entertainment, needs some thought. Loved the free use of the hotel bikes Beautiful town and stunning area, will definitely visit this area again.

Highly recommend.
Great hotel. We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Savoy Palace. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We had a superior room with sunbeds in our balcony. The room was slightly smaller than expected. I had to ask at the reception for a kettle and tea/coffee items. These are not in the room on arrival. Breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of foods. The pool was excellent and heated. The pool bar was gab as was the snacks and drinks. We hired a bike from the hotel which was a deposit of€20 and cylced all around Riva and Torbole. Great hotel and excellent service.
