Reservamos via trip.com pagando la tarifa completa 119,76 por una noche. Al llegar nos quieren cobrar 91€ extras sin explicar en concepto de que. La persona encargada es el sereno de seguridad, no hay nadie más, nos dice que sin pagar no nos da la habitación. Aún cuando le mostramos la facturación. Se reusa a llamar ni resolver. Luego de gran insistencia ya que era muy entrada la noche y estábamos con mi niña de 10 años y mi mujer en ese lugar oscuro y lejos de todo. El tipo llama y le dicen que me tiene que retener la tarjeta hasta que a la mañana lo resuelvan las personas a cargo. Delincuentes!!! Eso e ilegal!!!

All staff rude , don’t smile or talk. Vile people. The guy on passport control got annoyed because i couldn’t find the page quick enough, literally a second. If you don’t like your job or tourists then go get another job.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep it is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in doors slaming & banging all night the room walls are paper thin theres people coming and going all night long and it keeps you awake! You can also hear the motorway all night!

An wonderful hotel and very good value for money, we enjoyed our short stay here. Very friendly and fast reception, were in the room quickly. Good sized room with a comfortable bed, we were very comfortable in the room. We had eaten a big lunch so ordered two starter plates in the restaurant, they were quite large and very tasty, fast and friendly service. The main courses looked very good so next time we'll have a full dinner here, and the restaurant prices were reasonable too. Overall a good hotel experience and I'm sure that we'll be here again, it's so handy being less than 1km from the Girona airport and the north-south highway.

Un de mes hôtels préférés.. tout est pensé pour vous reposez dans un 4 etoiles qui les vaut largement.. emplacement pour une étape vraiment idéale ( près de la sortie d autoroute) et pourtant une très bonne isolation ! Restaurant au top avec grande terrasse.. piscine extérieure et jeux d enfants.. chambres très fonctionnelles et silencieuses pour passer des nuits reposantes, open bar .. quand raffinement, classe et fonctionnalités se rencontrent, ça s appelle l Eden Park. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel très gentil.

Unbelievably good! We stayed here twice now, 10 days between stays. Our requirement, each time, was just a simple stop over as part of a “road trip” from our home in the Algarve to Venice in Italy. The staff are uber-professional. The small restaurant should be highly commended. Even in April, the pool was warm enough to swim in. Our meal for two with one desert and drinks was just €52, yet cooked to a very high standard. Please thank the chef. 50KW Charging for electric cars is an added bonus. I can’t find anything to fault.

Wir haben aufgrund der teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen mit Bauchschmerzen gebucht, aber die Lage war für uns perfekt und der Preis ok. Der Parkplatz war groß und am Abend gut ausgeleuchtet. Der Empfang freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war modern, wenn auch nicht hochwertig. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und zweckmäßig, Sauberkeit naja. Das Bett war sehr gut, es gab ausreichend Kissen. Die Dusche in der Badewanne passt nicht mehr in die heutige Zeit. Wir haben im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, es gab ein 3-Gönge Menü zu 29 Euro, Auswahl aus je 5 Vorspeisen, Hauptgängen und Desserts. Da konnte jeder was finden. Der Salat war sehr sehr gut, der Hauptgang war ok, das Dessert gut. Eine Flasche Rosé kostete 16 Euro, er war gut zu trinken. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab diverse Säfte, Früchte, spanische Wurst-und Schinkenspezialitäten, verschiedene Brotsorten, Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet- es fehlte nichts. Fazit: definitiv nicht so schlecht wie befürchtet, für eine Übernachtung wirklich ok.

Hôtel très beau. Grande chambre , je pense même que nous avons été surclassés. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon . Personnel agréable . Pour ce 24 décembre nous avons pu prétendre à un prix assez doux pour une demi pension . Petit point négatif : service du soir un peu perdu , plats très salés et des manques au menu en fin de repas. Bruit sourd dans la chambre et récurrent. La fenêtre ne peut pas rester ouverte pour l aération de la chambre également
