有點老的政府接待賓館的感覺，房間比較大，洗澡水比較大，性價比高，我們常期在路上自駕，滿足基本要求就可以的，乾淨，清凈，衞生

比較滿意，吃飯買東西啥的挺方便，就是沒電梯不方便，不過，賓館工作人員會幫忙提行李，但是還是會不好意思麻煩。

下單後五分鐘有事取消，非要扣全款。任憑怎麼溝通都不行，你是窮瘋了嗎？你的系統上還説已經入住，而我離開你已經幾百公里了。我真想讓當地公安去查查你的入住記錄是怎麼登記的。誰都有個始料不及的意外事情，你覺得賺這種錢有意思嗎？我不會讓你如願的，哪怕我放棄使用了十幾年的去哪兒網。也不想讓你得逞！！！

這家酒店入住時前台無人，喊了半天服務員才來；房間床品還算乾淨，但房間設施老舊，很多死角問題，不敢多看；第二天早上起來停水，店方無人告知，更沒人提供基本用水，前台無人服務；無助之下沒有洗漱直接退房，前台仍無人。雖然地處高原邊塞，但起碼的服務應該要有，另外基本衞生要做到。雖然是不好的入住體驗，但向去哪兒客服反應之後，非常重視和負責人，及時與店方溝通，妥善進行賠付。對去哪兒平台的服務非常滿意！！！本來挺好的酒店，房間寬敞，也希望店方能引以為戒，進行多方整改，好好經營，提高服務水平！
