Rooms were small according to 3 adults. Bedsheets and quilts cover were not washed so that can be improved. Service was good.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The a/c worked well and we had a comfortable stay. The washroom was also clean and well sanitised. The staff was courtious. I did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the quality of food. However the menu was extensive, had a vast veriety, and was reasonably priced.

The stay was comfortable and hassel free, its near shantikunj gate no. 4 thats the reason i booked it in first place. However a day before my travel i had a call from hotel that solo travellers are not allowed to stay in haridwar due to some rules to which i said then this should be mentioned on your website and makemytrip. However since i paid in full for my 5day stay they let me stay. Apart from this all the other things of the hotel was good. Mr janak negi of reception was exceptionally helpful. The food at the hotel was tasty and delicious. Restaurant, staff is great and ambience is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and well litt, however, the size of room was little small for two people. Overall, it was a great day. If they change their policy for solo traveller i would travel again and stay at this place again. It’s safe for woman traveller as well.
