I went with my family for my birthday weekend at vyom and had the best time. The pool area is amazing while the food is delicious. I had wonderful three day stay here. The staff is also very cooperative. The breakfast buffet was great while the night life at their terrace with snacks made it all worthwhile.

It was a pathetic and terribly disappointed experience. Lift wasn't in working condition, water inside pool was discoloured and dirty...Electricity supply was fluctuating throughout my 3 days long stay. Staff was impolite and dont know how to deal with an unhappy customer. Your vehicle is not safe too. My parked car got badly scratched by some miscreants outside their property since they dont have parking inside. Overall a very bad experience.
Only good thing is their Food rest other things were like hell. Dont want to visit them even in my dreams again.

Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience

Good experience.. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The hotel guy gave us a pocket friendly deal. The rooms were tidy and the food was good as well. Overall a very good experience. A rough road patch to reach this destination. The location is not that far.

My stay at Hotel Vyom was pure bliss. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the in-room massage facility added a touch of luxury to my experience. Booking was seamless, and the highlight was the delectable dining experience at Saffron – the food was simply delicious. Highly recommend Hotel Vyom for an unforgettable getaway!

Best hotel at best price so cooperative staff. Adjustable timings owner is so much empathetic and was more than a big brother to us he gave us all the related info to the sight seeings and adventure in rishikesh. Also he himself dropped us to the bus station @ 6:00 A.M He made it very clear that customer is god to them.

Overpriced. Staff were uncooperative. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was ok Water was hot. Location was terrible and the roads to reach it were atrocious. Wi-Fi was restricted so we couldn’t do anything we needed. We would not recommend staying here

Staff is not co-operative. Rooms are not clean. Roof top pool not clean and not as shown in pictures. This property is at an isolated place and it will be a challenge to reach property’s parking space.

Worst hotel . it's a 2 star hotel...taking price of 4 star hotel..no water no electricity..even they plugged our ev car charger 2 times deliberately...we told them also at the time of booking that we have to charge our car..we put it on charge they plugged out our charger..its a 2 star hotel with poor food service also
