I have enjoyed my stay very good. Hotel staff is very polite and supportive. Food is very testy. Room is very clean

It was a mixed kind of experience, hotel location was good, restaurant at the top was also good, food was delicious in taste, staff behaviour was nice. But rooms were average, service was not so good (for providing an empty glass of water they took 15 mins. I booked a room with bath tub and they charged extra money (rs 2500)for decoration but they did only towel decoration and said its thrusday and market remains closed here thats y so we cant arrange rose pettlels for decoration, after even informing in morning around 10 am that i will check in around 11:30 but they did not make room ready early so i have to wait around 15-20 mins on reception, swimming pool was smelling, so we did not go there. So my stay was average, will excpect some improvement in future from them.

Terrible experience we faced. Unkept rooms, smelly n dirty bathrooms, no food service, even ordering tea was an hour long wait. Not staffed well enough either. It’s more of a lodging than a hotel, since mine was a last minute booking I couldn’t do my homework n just went by photos they put up.

I stayed at hotel ski for 2 days. It is an ok hotel for the price you pay( i got a deal for 1900 plus tax per night. It isn’t too fancy but a basic hotel. The rooms are at best a little above average. I have to say that it is situated at a very good place at tapovan. Provides decent parking space as well. Good if you are looking for short or layover stays.

Nothing was operational except lights, everything was under maintenance.

Overall it was a decent experience. Missed few needed things.

Room conditions was not good. My experience in staying at this hotel is very bad. Waste of money. Basic facilities like brush tooth paste and sleeper are not provide.
