Soggiorno qui da 5 anni nel mese di luglio. Che dire, non ci sono parole per descrivere la perfezione di questo luogo. Gestione perfetta. Funziona tutto, dalla pulizia all'efficienza della famiglia proprietaria, pronta a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Appartamento al 3°piano con vista meravigliosa, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e tutto cio' che serve. Parcheggio coperto, sauna, locale bici e lavanderia. Fermata del bus a 20 metri per andare alla funivia (2 minuti) o nel centro di Brunico (10 minuti). Tessera gratis per tutti i mezzi pubblici della valle, treni, bus ecc. Musei gratis. Ho cercato piu' volte di trovare un difetto, ma non ci sono ancora riuscito. Complimenti a George e alla sua famiglia

Zu Georg in den Urlaub zu fahren ist immer wieder schön! Extrem freundlich und bemüht die Basis für einen tollen Urlaub zu bereiten. Wohnungen sehr gut und top eingerichtet. Im Winter ist es herrlich nach einem tollen Wintertag in die Sauna zu gehen. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da!

A place to which you always want to return when viositing this area! Friendy hosts and super accomodation! Paradise for skiers, ski bus just in front of the house, heated and super clen ski depo, underground garage, sauna...everything is just great! Fantastic experience with this boutique apartment’s hotel. It’s run by multigenerational family members with kind and wonderful souls. The place is sparkling clean, the ambiance very welcoming and warm, the apartments are spacious, with unbelievable views and are equipped with all necessary amenities in the kitchen. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay there with our 🐶🐶it’s extremely important for the dog parents to have the luxury of bringing their furry friends along. The hotel is in the heart of the city, with restaurants, parks, walking trails near by. We wanted to be back the moment we left. Thank you for your amazing hospitality 💕💕💕

Wir hatten in der Residence Aichner eine tolle Zeit. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und flexible Gastgeber, die jederzeit alle Fragen beantwortet und gute Ausflugstipps gegeben haben. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Fazit: Sehr sehr empfehlenswert. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
