服務態度極其差！！！ 晚餐和早餐餐廳明明有很多位置，看我們時中國人不讓進去坐。後面德國人就讓進。
早餐點單要單面煎蛋，也被教育該怎麼説，真的無語？？？？
感覺完全沒有任何服務，衹是單純提出request，會隨時被各種拒絕。千萬避雷！！！

Great place not only for a skiig, but as well for a cycling. Incredible location for MTB rides - specialy at Kronplatz Bike Park.... The best part is the SEVEN SUMMITS restaurant with really friendly stuff - specialy Federico Carsili and Hamid, who cook so well... And Waitress Marianna is always full of energy and she laves to talk :))) Realy great place

Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward.
The food was also delicious.

Perfect hotel with friendly staff!
Super nice beautiful hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpsome. Breakfast was delicious and dinner were amazing!
The spa and pools areas were also so clean and perfect. We had such a good stay and would recommend to everybody staying here.
