Our family room is very nice and new, the toilet is huge and cleanliness is good!
But their breakfast has less choice and so so, not worth for the price.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is very nice and autenticitet and the staff is most friendly and helpfull. The hotel is old fashioned in a very charming Way. The restaurant is also very cosy and serves delicious food.

The room was spotless. Location was perfect - right in the center of Riquewihr. Breakfast was very good. Paying for parking in advance made things easier.

Perfect location, close to public parking. Very friendly staff, option for breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms, ideal for walks around Riquewihr and a short drive to Colmar. We have been staying for 2 days and recommend this place to others.

Check in was easy and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were unfortunately staying during hot weather days so our room on the top floor was quite warm. The fans provided in the room were helpful but the heat made it difficult to sleep on our first night. The charm of the town and exquisite wines make this a wonderful and unique experience

This is a truly picturesque hotel in the middle of beautiful Riquewihr. Perfect service, nice restaurant, walking distance to everything and as a bonus a Christmas shop on the next corner :) We had a wonderful time! Note: The standard rooms have very small beds (smaller than a queen size) but they offered an upgrade right away (with additional costs)

The hotel and the staff were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed both at check in and check out. The room was great size for four people, new and clean. Location was great and our experience was outstanding. Merci.
