Very good hotel, a must. Well located, a few meters from the old city of Riquewihr, swimming pool outside, SPA and fitness room. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is local but many choices.

Bien situé à l'entrée du village et le long du vignoble. Très propre, personnel parfait. Bon restaurant et petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Chambre confortable. Entrée au Spa incluse . Dogs friendly . Facilité de parking sans supplément.

Le complexe est très propre, le personnel est professionnel et surtout accueillant, la chambre confort est cosy. Le spa est chaleureux, nous avons passé un moment agréable. La ville historique est magnifique. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

Chambre bien équipée avec très grande terrasse. Personnel agréable et serviable. Très proche du centre de Riquewihr, à quelques minutes à pied. Petit-déjeuner varié. Avons également très bien mangé dans leur restaurant. L'unique petit reproche: une seule bouteille d'eau par séjour est mise à disposition gratuitement. Quitte à devoir payer, de l'eau dans la chambre serait souhaitable.

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Riquewihr and the surrounding towns in the region. Great location to get to many of the other towns as most are no more than a 20 minute drive. The room was spacious as European standards go. The shower was a walk in shower with both a hand held shower head and a rainfall from the ceiling. The shower and sink were in one room with the toilet in another leaving it free for two people to share easily. We were on the 2nd floor with a view of the vineyards. Colmar was to the East and South and at night you could just make out their lights. Very quiet hotel just steps from the entry to Riquewihr. The room had a small refrigerator and a pot to heat water for tea of coffee. Little cookies left every day. If you want to eat at their restaurant make sure to make reservations ahead of time. They have parking available. Also a nice indoor small pool and an outdoor pool that unfortunately we did not get to use. Would definitely stay again.

Sauna sehr gut! Angenehme Atmosphäre Nahe an Stadt. Sehr angenehmes Restaurantteam. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alleine dir Kirchenglocken, die die ganze Nacht über jede Viertelstunde Angaben, störten den Schlaf. Kann man wohl nichts machen.

Habitué à cet hôtel pour des courts séjours cette fois ci 6 nuits et une étoile en plus …Tout était parfait de l accueil au infrastructure , du spa à la piscine extérieur. J ai testé également un soin qui était vraiment top et relaxant et la masseuse de très bon conseil pour que le soin correspond aux attentes . Nous avons pris demi pension et les plats étaient tous excellents des amuses bouches aux entrées plats ou dessert et en goût et présentation semi gastronomique et variés … Quand au personnel qu il s agit de l accueil, du bar , du restaurant, des personnes de ménage et du directeur le professionnalisme et la qualité relationnelle et personnalisée font que ce séjour ne peut être qu exceptionnel je recommande vivement

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre et spacieuse et au calme. L'hôtel est en plus idéalement situé, à 100 m de la rue commerçante de Riquewihr. Nous avons profité de deux soins (massage et réflexologie) et c'était parfait la piscine extérieure est aussi très agréable. L'espace spa intérieur est un peu petit et manque de transats mais très bien quand même. Très bonne adresse, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Accueil irréprochable. Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à la fois à côté du village(2' à pied de l'entrée), tout en nous garantissant une tranquillité, autant par rapport à l'extérieur que dans l'enceinte du bâtiment (chambres insonorisées).Chambre très propre ; à souligner la diversité des services; piscines intérieure et extérieure chauffées, peignoir de bain ou serviettes non réservées à des "clients privilèges" comme nous l'avions entendu en d'autres lieux. Assurément, nous y retournerons.
