Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, very well managed with care and passion. Clean and tidy environments. Reception staff really prepared and kind.
Only two observations, one on the logistics deriving from the practically adjacent railway tracks and it takes a few hours to get used to the passage of trains, the other on the staff who clean the rooms who, arriving in the morning, were noisy and cackling with facts, waking me up.
We will definitely go back also because the starred restaurant deserves more than one visit.

Wonderful place, the spa pool villa immersed in a splendid citrus grove, from which you can see the sea on one side and Etna on the other. Very kind and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, and on the evening of the overnight stay we enjoyed chef Raciti's gourmet pizza, an ecstasy for the taste buds.

Nel marzo 2024 ho voluto trascorrere un week end presso il vs. resort. Non tutto è andato per il giusto verso. Mi accingevo a fare la consueta doccia mattutina ma entrando nel vano ad essa adibito sono scivolato battendo con violenza la nuca sul pavimento. Sono stati necessari sette punti per suturare la ferita. Il vano doccia era sprovvisto di maniglie di appoggio e di tappetini antiscivolo. La società assicurativa Allianz ha rifiutato di risarcirmi non riconoscendo la responsabilità dell'albergatore. Conoscendo i tempi della giustizia ho preferito chiuderla lì. Sono certo che dopo l'increscioso episodio abbiano provveduto a rendere più sicuri gli spazi destinati agli ospiti.

The staff was very friendly, our room could have done with a bit care, as the ac cover was broken and a few things worn out a little.
In the spa the sauna and steam didn’t work and also could do with a bit of care.
Overall highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay with an out of this world meal.

Zash was a beautiful facility, only thing I didn’t like was the train that went by a lot which made sleep quite hard and we found a lot of ants in the inside of the unit.

Esperienza molto al di sotto delle aspettative 👎 In primo luogo la pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare, bucce di mandarino sparse per il pavimento… tv non funzionante e nessuna notizia ne è stata data all’arrivo. Nonostante il design elegante le comodità sono sacrificate creando un’inaspettata dissonanza tra l’estetica e la funzionalità che manca totalmente !!! E con quello che si paga la camera è veramente pessimo. Servizio discreto perché nonostante l’impegno purtroppo non all’altezza Pertanto rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo Per questo sconsiglio vivamente la struttura ai prezzi proposti
