Ripley

The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this trip. Great value!

I have stayed many times with my family & have recently traveled solo. The hotel is always clean & the staff are always friendly. We use the hotel to stay at when we come to visit family so use it multiple times in the year. About two years ago my son left his soft toy after our stay, I rang the hotel and they kindly kept "bob" safe for us, displaying him in reception with a sweet messaged saying he was on holiday and waiting for my son to pick him back up. When we picked up Bob my son was even more excited because he was holding a chocolate bar & all the staff made a fuss over him. I felt that all the staff went above and beyond to make all our stays special. I travelled solo for the first time & stayed here, I was nervous being a female solo travel but was reassured by Julie and she said that she had made sure that I was allocated a room which was in a safe place & I felt reassured they were looking after me. It's really nice seeing familiar faces each time we stay. We have got to know Teresa on reception who always makes us feel welcome. My sons always love coming here, we always have a comfy room for the four of us & we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay.

We arrived at the Ripley hotel only to discover that the ground floor room we had requested was no longer available. After entering our room (which was located on the first floor furthest away from the lift), we also discovered that the room was a double room, only not a twin. We returned to reception where both Pedro and Vicky were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate us on the ground floor after all, which was great! This was very important to us as my mother has limited mobility. Pedro assured us when we left the hotel that if we returned for another stay, he would ensure we were given a ground floor room which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay.

What a fabulous Premier Inn. It was the first time my friend and I had ever stayed in one. The staff were amazing very warm and welcoming. Premier should be proud of their staff here. Paul, Julie, and Teresa. Keep it up, from Carol & Gill. Will definately recommend. We also had the meal deal at the Cookhouse Pub next-door. Good food for the price we paid.

I love staying in Premier Inn Ripley. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with plenty of free parking. The hotel and its rooms are always clean. Additionally there's a restaurant attached providing evening meals and cooked and continental breakfasts. The staff are brilliant. As an example, I was doing some discrete Christmas wrapping in the foyer and was offered scissors, sellotape, and even wrapping paper. Truly magical service from a great team of people.

Me and my partner stay in this hotel over the weekend. The room was tidy, smelly and in good condition. Receptionist Pedro was the most kindest and warm person we ever met. Thanks to him we felt great and comfortable last weekend. THANK YOU PEDRO Anna&Rafal Room 26
