The noise is incredible,the outlets come off the wall,you can hear the neighbors ,the music is loud,the shower goes on and off on its own all night,you can hear the washing machine all night etc.parking is tiny only fitting for a few cars.not a good night of sleep.

Mala experiencia. Antes que nada quiero destacar la labor de la recepcionista por lidiar con las fallas del hotel, a pesar de todo muy buena atención. Su trabajo básicamente es pedir disculpas a los huéspedes. Aproveche una escala de un dia para conocer, llegando al hotel primera decepcion a pocas horas de poder hacer el check in, no fue posible encargar el equipaje para poder salir a conocer el lugar, no habia internet por una falla momentánea que no fue posible reparar ese dia, las sabanas sucias y almohadas percudidas cobijas infantiles que no se corresponden al tamaño de la cama. El baño te recibe con un jabon y una toalla pequeña, lo peor, una bañera que, con una ducha eléctrica que saca poca agua y apenas caliente esta nomas de adorno (ni hablar de los riesgos que implica este tipo de duchas). La comida no es preparada en el hotel y se envia desde la ciudad de Rionegro, cuestión que le agrega un costo de envío que puede ser mas caro que el mismo platillo y una demora de mínimo 30 minutos. El precio si bien es accesible no creo que compense tantas fallas.

Estuvimos allí hospedandonos y fue terrible, en cuanto a la comida era carísimo, no ameritaba lo que cobraban por las comidas que además de eso eran demasiado sencillas, un almuerzo valía 28mil pesos y no traía ni jugo ni sopa solo arroz carne y dos tajadas de Maduro, unas salchipapas sencillas 25.mil pesos ,terrible que abusen así de los precios, a uno no le dolería pagar si fuesen platos que valieran la pena pero definitivamente que decepción, también pedimos el favor de que si nos llevaban el desayuno a la habitación y nos dijeron que nos cobraban 60mil, las instalaciones se veían muy deterioradas,la piscina sucia, sinceramente no lo recomiendo a nadie.
