Because it is cheap cannot make it good. Basic things like the horrible dirty pillows are just unacceptable plastic mattress protectors that make you sweat are not nice to lie on. Poor welcome and made to feel like an inconvenience. This is not hospitality. This is a basic room with nothing else. Supplements for an egg at breakfast! The only positive was that the evening meal was very nice, lovely piece of beef and salads. Well done chef! This saved the stay from being a disaster. Logis - you need to review this one it is not on brand.

Très désagréable accueil. "C'est terminé !" On vous tourne le dos. Impossible de s exprimer. Arrivée un peu limite 13.20 donc avant 13.30 mentionné fin de service. Dommage nous avions choisi d y faire étape.

Appels téléphoniques: personne ne rappelle malgré les messages! Accueil sur place pour l'hôtel : "pas de place, fallait appeler ou venir plus tôt !" La fille au poignet protégé a la langue bien pendue....mais aucun sourire. Nous réservons pour le dîner le lendemain: accueil affligeant, service nul et long (le pain servi est du pain congelé), plats mal composés et avec la fameuse feuille de salade.... desserts bâclés ! Il faut absolument changer de métier.... gardien d'un centre de détention peut-être !

Tout était parfait. La chambre spacieuse et confortable, le repas fin et copieux à un prix très convenable, le personnel d'une grande disponibilité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Venu il y a 5 ans, 5ans après la qualité est la même, de bons plats parfaitement préparés pour un bon rapport qualité-prix, une prestation d'hôtellerie conforme aux standards d'Hotels -Logis de France. Ayant lu d'autres avis je pense que certains ont oublié que cet établissement est dans le Cantal et non un 5* au coeur de Paris.
