When our Uber first dropped us off I wasn’t real sure about the street it was located on because it seemed a little sketchy. But I noticed lots of people walking down the street with suitcases and realized there was a hostel across the street and down a little bit. Once we checked in we sat on their terrace and drank a beer and was just noticing the people walking up and down the street and realized it was perfectly safe and felt like I was experiencing a typical Costa Rican neighborhood. Our room was kind of small but very clean and perfect for what we needed. We were only staying one night and catching a plane early in the morning. Our room also had a small balcony that looked over the street. I would definitely stay here again

I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed

Do not pay in advance.
There was no water. Claim a broken watermain is the problem, but disappointed to find this after we check in and try use the toilet!
The bathroom is very small, less than 4 feet wide and the toilet is too close to the shower.
The room was clean, but getting to the room was treacherous. Uneven riser heights on the steps and very narrow passages.
