Our experience at this hotel was wonderful! We purchased accommodation for two adults and a baby with the hot park included, breakfast and dinner.
The reception is very good, you drive your car onto the walkway in front and people come to help you with a cart to carry your bags, the car is stored in the parking lot with access at any time, all the information is provided at check in. and after any doubts were resolved, we received two door cards and two magnetic badges that were used for the entire stay and also the entire stay in the park. It records the meals and everything else you want to buy, settling your account at the end of the stay. Dinner and breakfast with several islands of sweet and savory foods for all tastes. The hotel has a swimming pool, laundry, they provide towels for the park (at a cost), the hygiene products are fantastic, water was available, air conditioning and television. Large and cozy space. All the staff are attentive and helpful, especially Sebastian at reception who helped us several times. Regarding the transfer to the park, it takes every 20 minutes and we never need to wait longer than that (despite some people saying otherwise in their reviews).
