Frequento o Rio quente a muitos anos e acredito ser um ambiente muito agradável para um tempo em família. Neste mês fui atendida de maneira exemplar pela Gabriella Melo (Hotel Turismo). Ela foi muito cordial e resolveu nossos problemas de prontidão, gostaria que todos os atendentes fossem assim, uma pena ela ser exceção.

Atendimento que recebi de todos os funcionários principalmente do Eudis, Igor, Karen e especial ao seu Pedro que funcionário sempre atento a todos os detalhes, deixando sempre a vontade como se fosse um membro da Família, lugar limpo e com muita segurança (salva vidas em todas as piscinas), para quem tem filho pequeno traz paz e tranquilidade!

Hotel muito bom, principalmente para ir com crianças, fomos apenas eu e minha filha de 4 anos, a logística é ótima pois fica próximo ao hot parque e ao parque das fontes. Meio que o hotel turismo fica no meio. E pelos comentários de outros hóspedes é o melhor dos complexo, principalmente para famílias. A comida é muito boa. Provem sempre as carnes vermelhas ( você estará no Goiás) o peixe grelhado sempre é uma boa pedida também. Evite ir em períodos com temperaturas altas, pq mistura a água quente com o calor, fica quase insuportável! Tive duas experiências em Caldas, uma em junho e outra em março e sem dúvidas a de junho foi bem melhor. A água é cara ( típico de hotéis) mas antes de entrar no resort vende de 1,5 em uma rua cheia de comércios. Tive impressão que no parque das fontes o custo é um pouco mais alto e lá a água é de copo. O uso de sapatilhas de piscina ou sandálias que possam molhar é indispensável principalmente para crianças. O contato com s natureza é inexplicável. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. O hotel sempre bem limpo e organizado. Certeza que voltaremos.

Parabéns toda equipe governança, restaurante, bar e recepção, pessoal do transporte, enfim todos funcionários de todas são muito educados , atenciosos e prestativos, excelente serviço de limpeza da camareira Ana Paula, um amor de pessoa. Quero agradecer o atendimento do Sr Pedro e Bagson do restaurante, atendentes Sr Eudes, Jovem Ian e a atendente Liliane, todos são excelentes profissionais. Só temos agradecer a todos !!!

A natureza é encantadora. A água quente é a maravilha desse lugar. Os funcionários são de uma educação ímpar. Dou destaque à Jaciane e Bianca do bar Stella que nos atenderam de maneira muito cordial servindo o melhor que o bar tem a oferecer. Também quer citar a funcionária Denise da Aviva que nos proporcionou um momento único para celebração do aniversário da minha filha executando com excelência o serviço de concierge no hotel turismo. Obrigada meninas sem vocês a experiência Não teria sido a mesma.
