Visitar Bariloche por primera vez fue una experiencia inolvidable, y sin duda, alojarnos en Design Suites hizo todo aún mejor. ¡Qué lugar tan espectacular! Las vistas son de otro nivel; desde nuestra habitación podíamos ver el lago y las montañas, algo que definitivamente se queda grabado en la memoria. La atención del personal fue de primera, siempre muy atentos y amables, pendientes de cada detalle para que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, lo que es muy especial cuando viajas en familia y vienes desde otro país como nosotros, desde Colombia. La comida también merece una mención especial: tanto el desayuno como las cenas fueron deliciosas, con una variedad de platos que nos encantaron a todos. No solo disfrutamos de la calidad, sino también de poder comer con esas vistas que te dejan sin palabras. Recomendado al 100% si estás buscando un lugar hermoso, cómodo y con una atención de lujo en Bariloche. ¡Nos quedamos con ganas de volver!

Estava tudo 100% como o esperado, café da manhã mais que especial, localização muito boa e perto do centro, no caminho para o cerro catedral e piedras blancas. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe. Se for voltar a Bariloche com certeza será nesse hotel !

El hotel está hermoso y muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y lindas. Solo le hace falta un enchufe en la mesita de luz. La vista desde el restaurante es espectacular. Nunca te vas a cansar de desayunar con el lago y las montañas al lado. La comida es rica y variada. El staff del hotel es muy buena onda.

Es un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, con unas vistas increíbles. El personal es super amable, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación en la que me quedé tenía una vista increíble del lago y los cerros. El desayuno es tipo buffet y es delicioso, te puedes movilizar dentro del hotel en las vans que tienen dispuestas.

La atención y las instalaciones del hotel fueron mejor de lo que esperábamos. Cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, la ubicación es muy buena, la habitación y las comodidades como la piscina, la oficina del tour y espacios como el comedor que tiene una vista espectacular.

Cama maravilhosa, funcionários muito atenciosos, comida excelente. A vista da piscina é fora desse planeta, e a vista do café da manhã também. Pra quem pegar o quarto com vista pro lago, usar a hidromassagem com a vista é realmente uma experiência incrível. Tive um probleminha com tomadas mas foi resolvido rapidamente. Para brasileiros, todas as tomadas funcionam com nossas tomadas (sem o pino terra), e há uma tomada universal no quarto.
