Realmente un excelente apart hotel. Todo es más lindo que las fotos. El desayuno completisimo y el personal reponiendo constantemente. No es la primera vez que vengo a Bariloche y de los que conocí, el mejor. El detalle: la calidez de todo el personal. EXCELENTE!! Volveremos!

Si bien el Hotel es bonito, todo pasa a segundo plano cuando uno percibe el terrible servicio al cliente que brindan. Falta total de empatía y colaboración ante problemas del Hotel que afectan al huésped, comenzando con la gerenta una pena que con tan poco podrían cambiar la estadía de una familia.

Amei o hotel, ficamos na zuite frente lago simplesmente maravilhosa. Ele fica a uns 4km do centro, o que pra mim q estava de carro nao fez diferença e sinceramente ate se nntivesse de carro optaria por ele. Aquecedor otimo, cama perfeita, roupa de cama e tolhas mt top, coInha foi um adianto, bem equipada, o chao do banheiro e cozinha eram aquecidos, um cuidado! Internet falha um pouco mas é o de menos. O café era simples mas bom, atendia bem e ate as 11h, ficamos 7 dias, foi o mesmo café todos os dias, mas como disse, foi satisfatório. Funcionários bons e atenciosos, nosso voo era a noitez pudemos deixar as malas e usar as areas comuns do hotel, inclusive se quiséssemos tomar banho no spa estava liberado. Por fim, dou nota 10 ao hotel.

Estuvimos alojados en el mes de agosto y la experiencia fue espectacular!!! Super recomendable las instalaciones, nuestra habitacion tenía vista al lago y era muy hermosa, tenía todas las comodidades las camas excelentes, las almohadas también. El desayuno super variado y rico cada día sumaban algo distinto para probar además de los clásicos que estaba todas las mañanas. El personal súper atento, la piscina hermosa realmente nos quedamos con ganas de estar más días allí para disfrutar más las instalaciones. No es muy cercano al centro, son unos 10 minutos de auto, nosotros no teníamos locomoción pero utilizamos todas las veces Uber sin problema, entran al complejo y te dejan también dentro no tenes que desplazarte hasta la entrada ni nada. No duden en hospedarse aquí siempre que vayan a Bariloche, yo volvería siempre.

O hotel atendeu todas as expectativas, só precisa melhorar na Internet dos quartos, na área social é boa. Não precisa levar sabonete, shampoo e condicionador, o do hotel é muito bom e cheiroso. Os funcionários muitos gentis e as acomodações muito confortáveis.

Linda experiencia, le haría solo una crítica: el colchón de los sofá cama no es apto para que duerma nadie, ni un mayor ni un menor, lo demás muy bien todo. A los chicos de recepción les falta un poquito aprender a solucionar pequeños inconvenientes que con un poco de “cintura” lo llevarían mejor
