Check in took forever due to the incompetent staff. It was downhill from there. I’m finally got to the tasteless prison cell like room with a bare bathroom and no decor whatsoever. We found the cockroaches in the bathroom. They were good about that as we got another tasteless room that lacked any decor whatsoever. Endless noise from the overcrowded public areas is another factor in my low rating. The pictures on the website that led me to choose this hotel, misleading, and false. The best thing that could be said about this hotel is the landscaping of the public areas. Other than that it’s got nothing does not have a real spa only massage services with no other type of amenities, such as a sauna or the whirlpool or anything else. Should not represent that they have a Spa they do not

C’est pas propre, les poignées de portes collantes, le snack bar poisseux. Près des piscines ça sent l’étable, l’urine et le vomi. La plage est bien malgré tout: faut suivre les marées . La nourriture excellante: gros plus les ceviches +++ somme tout ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles du tout.

Solo como sugerencia, debemos de escuchar musica del pais. Darles a conocer nuestra musica, muchos extranjeros preguntaban cual era la musica del pais. Mejorar la variedad de comida.

The resort was great and very esthetic gorgeous. The beachfront location was only downsized by it’s 2 hour ride from PTY airport and with crazy rush hour traffic, makes the trip even longer.

Nos encantó como familia, no nos preocupamos por nada, todo lo disfrutamos, solo que nos tocó una habitación donde constantemente se bloquea la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, se iba la luz, no nos cargaron la nevera...y a la hora del check out no me gusto el trato ya que normalmente le dejan disfrutar a uno de las instalaciones mientras salía nuestro viaje pero allí no, y una vez nos quitaban las manillas nos trataban de forma displicente, como si fuéramos ladrones, ante todo somos clientes....es lo único, de resto, mientras tuve la manilla fuimos muy felices
