Hotel confortável, limpo, tranquilo, excelente vista da lagoa. Ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que só tem acesso pela rua ao hotel e vice-versa.

Estadia muito boa. Quarto limpo, chuveiro excelente. Apesar de não terem atendido ao meu pedido na reserva de um andar alto e com boa vista, o staff foi muito gentil em todas oportunidades, e o uso e acesso ao carregador elétrico para meu veículo - um grande diferencial na cidade!! - foi perfeito. Recomendo a estadia!!!

Hotel proximo ao centro e com facil acesso. Disponibiliza garagens mas nao sao cobertas. Muito cheiro de cigarro nos corredores. Quartos espaçoso. Cama confortavel e banheiro limpo. Mas so tinha uma toalha de banho disponível e quando pedi outra demorou horrores. O servico de limpeza do quarto é bem razoável, deixei uma caixa de pizza vazia, latinha vazia e copos sujos e nao retiraram ate que foi necessario que eu deixasse no hall do elevador. Quando informei na recepção me disseram que era "politica do hotel so retirar quando hospede pedisse". Nunca vi disso.. cafe da manha continental, mas nos dias de movimento.. pessimo serviço e muita bagunça. Possui uma academia muito boa, com equipentos novos. Nos dias muito umidos é impossível utiliza-la, fica tudo, literalmente, molhado.

Como contribuição positiva, sugerimos investir turisticamente no hotel.
Observamos que falta estrutura para aproveitar melhor a vista deslumbrante da cidade de RG. no lugar de tijolos de vidro, poderiam ser janelas para contemplação;
o cafe da manha poderia ser servido em andar mais alto para usufruir da vista da Lagoa;
o cafe da manha poderia ter mais opções, ser mais diversificado;
modernização de ar condicionado, toalhas de banho (estavam desgastadas e asperas pelo uso);
demais atrativos para uma estadia mais bem aproveitada.

Dessa vez a hospedagem não foi das melhores, pois tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado no quarto que estava fazendo muito barulho. Após reclamarmos no guichê, um técnico foi até o quarto e constatou o problema na ventoinha externa e disse que, por esse motivo, tentaria nos realocar em outro quarto. Depois disso não recebemos nenhum contato do staff do hotel dando alguma solução (ou não)
