Located close to a shopping mall and Botafogo beach. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Only negative was a puddle of water on the floor leaking from the toilet.

The location is very good and the view is wide. It takes about 20 yuan to get a taxi from the old city. It is better to use Uber. The taxi is more expensive. The overall environment and sanitation are very good, the breakfast industry is more abundant, and the business trip is preferred.

I had to catch a flight that night and was quite tired so I wanted to rest well before the long flight. Seeing that the price of this hotel was relatively cheap, I booked a room to sleep for a few hours. When I checked in, I was given a room on the second floor. When I got to the room, I found it was quite old. The air conditioner or something was making a loud noise. There was no quilt on the bed. I just wanted to sleep in the hourly room, so I reluctantly stayed. Overall, I was not very satisfied.

The hotel is awesome, it is the best hotel in the area, the swimming pool is beautiful, the beach is outside, the room is comfortable and clean, very high-end, the breakfast is a little less

It was my first time to go to Rio on business, and I booked this hotel. Overall, the transportation location is very good, and the room conditions are also OK. I recommend it! Everyone should pay attention to safety when coming to Rio, and booking here can improve safety.

It's good. It has a first-line sea view. It's right next to the JW Marriott. The beach is across the street. It provides chairs, fans and beach towels. The breakfast is also good. The hotel is new and a good value for money.

Because of the carnival, my time has been increased two or three times, 4,700 per night, which is indeed too expensive. The room check-in experience is quite satisfactory, but the concierge is very polite.

The location is excellent, the beach is right outside the window, the scenery is pleasant, and there are many restaurants around, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby and restaurant are very small, which is a bit insufficient. The accommodation price varies greatly, and the price can vary several times on different dates.

Excellent location, services & amenities, clean, good bed and powerful shower. Biggest asset is the friendly and helpful staff, every single one we met. A suggestion would be to provide complimentary bottles of water and an electric kettle with coffee/tea if possible.

We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets. Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm. The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here. Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival.
