I was very disappointed. Bathroom full of mold and mildew, haven’t been properly clean for a long while. One of the bed frame foot was broken, they put two twin bed together and they would separate at night while we sleep, what a bad experience. Definitely not worth the price we paid for and not what they advertised online. I feel that they miss guided us. I truly hope for a big discount.

When I arrived at the hotel, they put me in a different room than the one I had booked. When I inquired, they informed me that there was no room available for that day, and it was possible to change only the next day. I spent the night in the room, woke up to the sound of leaks, wetting the room and part of my luggage. I managed to move to the other room, after moving in the bathroom had a problem, as the toilet was leaking, spreading feces across the floor. When I called reception, they put me in another room, smaller than the one reserved, again. Terrible experience!

The front desk service attitude was perfunctory and the problem was not solved in time. I was given the last room, which was a corner room with a wall at the entrance. My parents' room was changed three times. The first room didn't even have a quilt. The air conditioner was broken in the second room. The third room had no cups or quilts. The shower water was almost cold on the first day. The waiter was cleaning and 200 Brazilian reals were stolen. The towels were not changed. The paper towels were not provided and the main switch of the water was turned off. The most outrageous thing was that the toilet could not be flushed in the afternoon. The worker was called in at night and it still didn't work. The feces and urine could not be flushed all night. I slept with the smell and almost didn't sleep all night! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel! There are homeless people around the hotel when I go out, and it also emits a foul smell!

The staff needs to be trained for customer service. The reception was ok but the other cleaning and breakfast staff are unprepared.

The place was very comfortable, however, many improvements in the facilities, regarding the excellent service, daily cleaning, although they did not replace the hand towels and they entered despite not requesting it, in relation to the food, everything was very delicious, variety of products and fresh, perhaps they need to add lactose-free and sugar-free products.

The hotel seems to be very good overall, but my room was "in the depths". I had to walk a lot, go down stairs and many curves until I reached a room with no natural ventilation. It looks like they forced the creation of extra rooms. It was a huge break in expectations. If you're going to do something so far-fetched, it's better not to do it.

A hotel with a super good location, many places to eat and drink around the hotel, a metro station very close, just 3 blocks away, as for the hotel, very luxurious, the gym is super good, its pool is very good and the facilities are wonderful, Very comfortable rooms and spectacular breakfast, a great variety of food for breakfast and everything very delicious

I didn't like the room. A strange entry. I felt like I was in a cave. Room was clean. But with a strong musty smell. Walls with infiltrations, I believe this is the reason for the musty smell. Breakfast was very good. Everything is very new and delicious. Good variety. Coffee for all tastes. The room was disappointing. Other than that, everything is fine.

Excellent location and new, well-maintained facilities. Breakfast is 10.

Well located hotel. Pleasant breakfast. Small but nice swimming pool. No complaints.
