I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and always helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport.

The main problem during my stay was the air conditioning that was not maintained and was noisy and bothersome when sleeping. When I got to the room, a dirty plastic curtain was on the bed and I had to return it. Also, when I initially arrived it was showing as if there was no breakfast even though I had purchased it, but it was resolved. Also, I sneezed when I got to the room, so it might not be that clean, although I haven't seen any signs of dirt. There was no blanket available in the room. But the most serious problem that got in the way was the air conditioning. The breakfast was ok for what I ate, but there were flaws in the food replenishment and some items, especially the cheese breads and some sweets, were "old".

Hotel was nice and personnel was outstanding. They made you feel welcome. However, some sections of hotel need to be clean and paint. Enjoined visits to historical places. Food and music were excellent!
