Mixed impressions about the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel does not pull 5*. Room cleaning on request. In the room there are no: no slippers, no bathrobes, no kettle, no free bottled water. Of all the toiletries, only a tiny bottle of shampoo, hair conditioner and a piece of soap. No cotton swabs/pads, shower gel, body lotion and other things. Bring everything of your own. Is this a 5* level? We thought maybe they just forgot to put it, asked at the reception, it turned out - it is not provided. The food is a four. In the pool bar there are only 2 types of freshly squeezed juice: orange and pineapple. So much for 5*. Modest. The staff speaks only Portuguese)) But there are undeniable advantages: excellent layout of the room. We had a great view from the window of the Two Brothers mountain and the Rocinha favela, behind which you can see Corcovado and the Christ the Redeemer statue in the distance! Good access to the beach. Very safe area in general! The price was also pleasing)) Special thanks to the bartender at the pool, David, for the excellent service and positive attitude!

A estadia foi boa, mas nada além disso. Toalha estava rasgada, serviço de quarto é diferente do serviço de frigobar, sendo q frigobar é muito caro, já solicitando serviço de quarto as coisas eram mais baratas.
