This was not as advertised. Room and hotel were dirty. Also, after checking in, no light or outlets in the bedrooms worked. I went downstairs to have it addressed and there was no sense of urgency. After being frustrated, we had to find a new place to stay. I checked out immediately and booked a new hotel elsewhere.

I arrived at the hotel and was informed that they had upgraded my accommodation, but when I arrived in that room I was disappointed, the room was dirty, there was sand on the floor, cobwebs, leaks, mold, the bathtub was unusable, when I was going to take a shower The entire bathroom was wet, the bedroom door was stuck. Positive points of the hotel: location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I regretted staying at the hotel, for that price I would have stayed at a better hotel in the region.

Excellent location and helpful staff. The negative part was the air conditioning, which made a lot of noise and bothered us when we slept, and the sealing of the bath area, which was not good and soaked the entire bathroom, making a mess.

Very pleasant family environment. Despite the old facilities, the view of the Copacabana promenade is impressive, the full breakfast and the structure of the spacious room served perfectly.

Staff service is excellent. Hotel is in structural decay. Very old and the facilities with several problems …. Hydraulics, windows in poor condition to open or close. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Internet very precarious …. You always have to log in to the hotel's Wi fi. I used my personal internet. This hotel, although the price is attractive, is in urgent need of maintenance/refurbishment. Furniture in the breakfast room, as well as the place too small for the number of guests.

Kleiderschrank zu klein, nur ein Stuhl auf der Terrasse(für 3 Personen), Duschkabine zu eng, ziemlich veraltet, auf Sauberkeit wurde nicht so viel Wert gelegt.

Hotel muito bem localizado, atende as necessidades para hospedagem rápida, funcionários excelentes educados e sempre a nossa disposição para ajudar no que for preciso. Tive uma ótima experiência.

Mofo nas paredes, moveis, porta e tudo danificado.

Mh experiência não foi nada agradável, fiz a reserva pra um quarto com vista como na descrição, e me deram um quarto dos fundos com o banheiro que empoça água e com paredes e espelhos em má conservação. Me senti enganada e menos cliente do que os outros . Nenhuma solução foi dada para a solução desse desgaste . Não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém . Eu reservei esse quarto pelas descrições que eram oferecidas e pelo hotel ser em Copacabana , pensei que n teria esses tipos de problemas.

Nossa nunca sofri tanto descanso por parte de um atendimento,péssima experiência,o anúncio me fala uma coisa chega no momento a acomodação é outra,fazendo com que eu me aborreça em um momento que era para ser de descontração. Péssima experiência.Nossa só raiva.Atendimento péssimo.

Stay here at your peril ! literally the worst hotel i’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in ! i slept in leggings hoodie and socks as i was worried about bed bugs and showered in my shoes . The rooms had no smoke detector and the lift felt like a death trap . No working sockets and holes in the wall . Needs demolishing

The hotel had mold everywhere, it was dirty, the furniture was broken and moldy, the bathtub was broke and “dirty” (the tub was painted, therefore the paint came half of and appeared super dirty). The “hygiene supplies”, described and pictured on the website, where in reality a half full bottle of soap. I don’t know how they allowed it to be open. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed!

GROSS, NASTY AND YUCK! Arrived later at night and freaked out by lobby and then when I got to my room. I immediately jumped on the wifi and booked another hotel and called an Uber. I refused to even sit down in this place to focus on a new reservation. There was a ********** in the elevator as I was leaving. Ive NEVER been more grossed out by a hotel in my life. Dripping ceilings, with a towel on the floor to catch it, a brown pillow, fungus and mold in the bathroom and around the windows, nasty brown marks all over the walls and scratches. DONT DO IT! This place needs to be completely shut down.
