Good hotel but disappointed the last two days with the lagoon view. We had to ask for a room change to have a view of the lagoon.
The housekeeper didn't clean the room on the second day and left the dirty towels. Just emptied the trash. The floor wasn't cleaned for a 5-star hotel.
Disappointed to have returned to end our stay at this hotel.

Staff universally excellent. All very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a particular highlight. The only downside was the location. You need to take a taxi to pretty much anything other than the mall next door.
