Apto andar baixo, sem sinal de telefonia e falta de internet. Pia com rede de esgoto parcialmente entupida que impedia saída normal da água para esgoto.

Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, só fomos informados que haviam apenas cinco vagas para estacionamento de veículos e por ordem de chegada, sendo que somente ao realizarmos o check-in tivemos essa informação, sendo que os recepcionistas indicaram um estacionamento nas proximidades e com risco de sermos assaltados.

Péssimo hotel, a piscina não funciona Piscina, Wi-fi, TV nada, não avisaram pra gente que estava sem funcionar, nem uma TV a gente conseguiu assistir, recepção péssima, atendimento péssimo, funcionários parecem que a gente tá pedindo favor, sem contar que não limparam nosso quarto, quartos faltando toalha, a recepção não atende o telefone a gente tem que descer pra pedir, o próprio funcionário do hotel falou que o atendimento lá está péssimo. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM, SEM CONTAR TBM, nos cobraram R$ 110,00 a mais pelo hóspede extra sendo que já tínhamos acertado com a TRIP que iria um hóspede a mais.

Cheguei às 18h30 e aí da não tinha quarto casal pronto. Ofereceram quarto solteiro que não aceitei. Aí, logo em seguida apareceu o quarto casal arrumado. Recepção com Atendentes ríspido. O outro sequer se deu ao trabalho de levantar os olhos em nossa direção. Sugiro fazerem um curso de qualidade no atendimento ao público.
O quarto 1612 e o outro 1507 tinha ar condicionado de JANELA velho e barulhento. Banheiro com box engordurado. A Água vendida a R$7,50 é de 300ml. Impressionante!!

O hotel é bem localizado no Centro do Rio. É limpo e com acomodação confortável. O atendimento na recepção é por vezes um pouco demorado. O serviço do restaurante do hotel é limitado.
