The only plus of this hotel is the location, the staff is rude, they don't allow guests to come during the day, not once in 6 days, the room was not cleaned, the pool and jacuzzi are in terrible condition, as are the rooms, without repair, the worst hotel I have ever been to

Very old and dirty hotel. There are cockroaches in all the rooms. They changed my room 3 times because of cockroaches.
The air conditioning doesn't work.
The double beds are 2 single beds pushed together.

Bem localizado no Posto 3. Café mediano. Tem uma piscina pequena e hidro na cobertura. Mas estranho em 2024 ter alguém pra mostrar onde é o quarto e pra conferir o quarto na saída antes de liberar o check in.

O gerente não é educado e nem competente pro cargo q ocupa. Minha reserva era de cama de casal e ele deu 2 camas de solteiro. Reclamei e ele falou q eu q resolvesse a situação sendo q mostrei a minha reserva. Liguei pra Trip e fui mto bem atendida. Qdo desci novamente ele já tinha arranjado o qto relativo a minha reserva. Não houve limpeza e troca de toalhas no dia seguinte. Os sucos no café da manhã são refrescos de tão aguados. E nem tinha suco de laranja q acho imprescindível. Positivo mesmo é a localização do hotel.

Worst hotel ever!!! Had a double booking... paid 400 Euro for three nights for this shitty hotel... Manager treated me like garbage.. not talking to me directly altough standing next to me and had English knowledge.. . was not able to negotiate to extend my stay atleast..
Old, dark, moldy rooms.. AC so loud that you could not sleep.. awful breakfast.. and I could write 1000 more complaints! Total rip off!

Exceeded my expectations. Great location, great breakfast, extremely attentive staff, with numerous points of reference for circulation, close to pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and the subway.

Unfortunately disappointing. The breakfast was the poorest among the hotels I stayed in Brazil. The view of the ocean and Rio from the hot jacuzzi on the top floor terrace was magnificent. Still, would I recommend it? Of course I don't!
